We are open from 8 AM until 6 PM every day.
Access to our storage area from Highway 17A (SFPR) is no longer available. Instead, access is from Blue Herron Way via Salish Sea Drive near Tsawwassen Mills Mall.
In our storage area, we supply shipping container spaces in 3 sizes.
Shipping Container Space
The shipping containers that we supply are insulated steel shipping containers with sturdy wooden floors. The spaces come in three shapes and sizes:
- 8 feet wide by 10 feet long (80 ft²) by 9.5 feet high – $125.00 plus GST
- 8 feet wide by 20 feet long (160 ft²) by 8.5 feet high – $250.00 plus GST
- 8 feet wide by 40 feet long (320 ft²) by 9.5 feet high – $350.00 plus GST
Our shipping containers are located at ground level and are easily accessible by vehicle. Our containers have never been used for shipping and feature a secure lockbox that protects the lock, that you supply, from tampering.
Billing
Our rental billing periods start on the day you move in with subsequent billing occurring on that same day each month. We don’t require any long-term contracts and require that you give us 15 days’ notice before moving out. We require a damage deposit equivalent to one month’s rent at the start of a rental. The deposit will be refunded when you vacate your space and leave it in its original condition.
